The Deputy Director will perform managerial work pertaining to implementation of building sustainability laws, advise on policy matters related to sustainable buildings and the clean energy transition, and manage projects to operationalize DOB’s sustainability policies. The Project Manager, TNCs, plays a critical role in advancing transportation decarbonization by driving the electrification of rideshare platforms like Uber and Lyft. Reporting to the Program Director, this position is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, overseeing budgets, contracts, data analysis, and leading internal and external teams to ensure project success. By electrifying TNCs, this role directly contributes to reducing emissions, improving air quality, and delivering cost savings to drivers.

As a Staff Data Center ESG Analyst, you will be a member of the Data Center ESG team that partners and supports our ServiceNow Environmental Sustainability team & numerous external colo-provider partners. In this role, use your sustainability knowledge and expertise relating to ESG practices: to design and implement the tools & dashboards required to support reporting & analysis; to innovate and develop solutions; and, to communicate & evangelize our DCO results.

In this position, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring work-in-progress is appropriately analyzed for adherence to the Budderfly model while maximizing the organization's capacity to implement solutions. This role supports the company’s dedication to applying the right set of energy saving solutions within each customer location in a timely and cost-effective manner while preserving solution ROI.

This detail-oriented analyst will oversee the health and performance of our portfolio of over 600 solar sites across the United States. You will work closely with our Senior Manager of Data & Asset Management to ensure timely issue detection, data quality, and administrative organization as we scale. Half the job involves reviewing site performance dashboards to identify problems within the hour of occurrence; the other half focuses on administrative excellence and process improvement.
